Cancellation & Refund Policy

NEW START CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand summer plans change. Students who complete the New Start application and are unable to attend the program are required to cancel by June 1, 2025 using the online cancellation form at newstart.arizona.edu/cancel. Students who fail to submit the cancellation form, or who cancel after June 1, 2025, will still be responsible for the program fee. Students who withdraw, no-show, or who are asked to leave the program may be required to pay back their financial aid in accordance with federal financial aid regulations. These students are not entitled to a refund of the program fee.
