New Start Check-Out Process
Before you leave for the summer, you'll need to check out with a staff member
Before the Closing Ceremony, all New Start students need to complete the quick Check Out process to ensure you have all the information you need to be read for the fall semester. Information you will receive:
- Final status of your financial aid and remaining charges
- Next steps (if needed) for registering for the next course in your sequence
- Resources and ways to continue receiving support during the academic year
Check out will begin at 10:00 am in ENR2 S120 (the cafe across from the main lecture hall). Each check out should only take a few minutes, but we encourage you to come early so you can ensure it is completed.
Do I Need to Register?
No. You will be automatically registered for this event, along with the Closing Ceremony. You should receive a registration confirmation message the afternoon of Monday, July 15. Please check your email and Cat Cloud for event information.
Math Students
If you are a math student, you will have a final that will likely overlap with this time. If you finish early, you can come and complete your check out before the Closing Ceremony; however, there will be a second check-out event for math students immediately following the Closing. You will receive a registration confirmation for this event.
